Moo Duk Kwan (“moo-duck-kwan”) is the name of our organization.

As a worldwide organization, the Moo Duk Kwan maintains a high standard for instructors and students. All instructors, including our Skagit Valley instructors, are internationally certified and all rank promotions are administered on a national and international level.
